Library’s infighting is only hurting customers

Last Saturday, I attempted to donate many hardcover and paperback books to the Valencia Library. I was startled, to say the least, when I was told they are not accepting donations because they do not have enough room.

Valencia Valley gets new science lab

Valencia Valley Elementary School has received a $10,000 grant from The Henry Mayo Newhall Foundation, which will help pay for a new science lab. The school and its parent support groups are raising money for the lab, which will have equipment to give students hands-on experiences.
