Give noncitizens who serve path to citizenship

I am appalled by the letter written to Rep. Howard "Buck" McKeon, R-Santa Clarita, on behalf of the Santa Clarita City Council. I find it reprehensible that the letter claims to represent the City Council, yet fails to actually represent the opinions of all council members.
