Letter: Corliss missed fact-checking lesson

Don't you just love it? The headline in the May 26 issue of The Signal is "Council gives itself a raise." The subhead on the lower left side is "City OKs 13-percent hike for garbage fees." And on page A3, "Council approves citywide fee hike."
