Regarding the Letter to the Editor from Sheri Ford, "M.D. impressed by Newhall Memorial" (March 20): Thank God she had a positive experience in our local hospital. I have had the same good experience first-hand, with my wife. Most of the doctors (Ford) mentioned have also taken good care of my wife.

Placerita Junior High School students took home the first-place trophy during the High Desert Dance Classic March 14.
