McKeon Introduces Resolution of Inquiry

WASHINGTON, D.C.- House Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Howard P. "Buck" McKeon (R-Santa Clarita) today introduced a Resolution of Inquiry to force the Department of Defense to share with the United States House of Representatives any information that refers or relates to the trial or detention of the terrorists responsible for the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. The Obama Administration on Nov 13 announced that the "9/11 co-conspirators" would be brought to New York City and tried in civilian court instead of a war tribunal.

City to hold H1N1 vaccination clinic at Sports Complex

Neglecting real football news in the SCV

I opened The Signal this morning to see a front-page, full-length article ("Sporting teamwork on Super Bowl Saturday," Nov. 16) on a flag football championship game played this past weekend. The game was attended by a Signal staff writer as well as a photographer who had three photos adorning the article, including a full-color photo on the front page.
