City and COC host job workshop

The city of Santa Clarita and the College of the Canyons will host a "Jump Start Your Job Search" workshop on Thursday, May 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Santa Clarita Activities Center. The workshop is free to attend and open to the public and focuses on teaching attendees the tools needed to compete in a tight job market.

Color guard takes home the gold

The Saugus High School color guard made history on April 18 by capturing the team's first gold medal at the Southern California Winter Guard Association Championships in Orange County. The Saugus color guard has captured several bronze medals in the past but has never taken home the gold medal until this competition.
