Pop, or Poppy (left), as we sometimes call her, is a cute little terrier gal rescued from the shelter with her siblings Snap (right) and Crackle. Approximately 1 year old, Pop is playful but more ladylike than her brothers. She would make a darling addition to any family.

Local sheriff's deputies carry out probation sweep

On Thursday, June 5, 2014, deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station's Special Assignment Team (SAT) and the Summer Violent Crime Enforcement Program (SVCEP) conducted a multiple-location parole/probation compliance operation during the early morning hours.
