Free screening of 'Stalking Santa' in Newhall

The fourth annual Santa Clarita Valley Film Festival will host an encore presentation of "Stalking Santa," the 2007 festival's winner of "Best Film" and "Best Screenplay," just in time for the holidays. The complimentary screening will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Repertory East Playhouse, 24266 Main Street, Newhall and will include a meet and greet with writer and costar Daryn Tufts. Orthopedic practice slated for Valencia

Commercial Real Estate firm CB Richard Ellis announced Wednesday that the Southern California Orthopedic Institute, one of the largest private orthopedic practices on the West Coast, will occupy 23,329 square feet at the Bridgeport Marketplace, a 170,000 square foot mixed-use development at the intersection of McBean Parkway and Newhall Ranch Road.
