SCV Detectives look for "upskirt photo victim"

Detectives are seeking the identity of a female who they believe was an upskirt photo victim. Once the victim is identified this case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration and prosecution. The unknown female left the location without making a purchase, and probably does not even know she was a victim.
