Forsman wins AT&T Champions Classic at Valencia Country Club

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (AP) - Dan Forsman won the AT&T Champions Classic on Sunday for his first victory in 12 Champions Tour starts, overcoming a five-stroke deficit in regulation and beating Don Pooley with a birdie on the first extra hole. "I'm at a loss for words right now," said the 50-year-old Forsman, a five-time winner on the PGA Tour. "It means so much to win on the Champions Tour."

Closures coming to I-5 through the Santa Clarita Valley

Santa Clarita - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) plans to close the lanes listed below as part of a $72 million project that is constructing a truck lane on southbound I-5 between Pico Canyon Road/Lyons Avenue and the Antelope Valley Freeway (SR-14).
