The board of the SCV Women & Men of Honor nonprofit present a check for $5,000 to Adam Philipson, former managing director of the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center on the campus of College of the Canyons, and Rita Garasi, chairwoman of the PAC K-12 Arts Education Advisory committee.
