Planning Commission OKs greenhouse gas plan

Santa Clarita planning commissioners unanimously approved a plan Tuesday to reduce citywide greenhouse gas emissions by 2020, as mandated by the state. Castaic residents will see their library double in size after Los Angeles County supervisors approved a $3.59 million expansion project on Tuesday.
