Term limits could solve congressional problems

Two words: term limitations. Four years for congressmen and for senators, with elections every two years. Half of Congress and half of the Senate — so we will always be getting new people.

One and done.

You are correct by saying who replaces them does not matter, only that they are gone and fresh faces replace them.

Maybe, just maybe, the new ones will have better ideas, and since they do not have to worry about re-election, they will work to get some good legislation pushed through.

If they don’t, oh well, there will be a new bunch right behind them.

Now for the president — dang, got no idea what length his term should be but six years would probably work — but only one and out.

It is definitely time for a change.

Remember if it’s not broke don’t fix it but this system is broke and needs fixing.
