During the expansion of the Castaic Library, temporary service will be available to Castaic area residents through our temporary location in the same shopping complex (just below the library) at 27955 Sloan Canyon Rd, Castaic, 91384. The temporary location will open on Monday, July 1, 2013.

The hours of operation will be Monday – Tuesday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Wednesday – Thursday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

At the temporary location many services will still be available such as placing and picking up holds, browsing the catalog, and library card services. There will also be a full collection of adult, teen and children’s literature, children’s story times, internet computers and free Wi-Fi.

The Castaic Library is part of the County of Los Angeles Public Library.  For additional information, please call (562) 940-8559 or visit the County Library Web site at colapublib.org.
