Emmy-winning comedian Louie Anderson gets larger than life in Santa Clarita Wednesday, March 11 at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons, as the AT&T Champions Classic golf tournament gets rolling at nearby Valencia Country Club.

Famed comedian Louie Anderson will present “One Night Only” at the College of the Canyons Performing Arts Center at 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 11.

A two-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, Anderson is known as a “clean comedian” and draws heavily from stories about his everyday experiences of living in the Midwest as one of 11 children.

He currently headlines his own show on the Las Vegas Strip: “Louie Anderson: Larger Than Life” at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino.

“Because of his long and recognizable career, large national following and legendary standing in the comic world, Louie fits in perfectly with our desire to bring well-known and outstanding comedians to the PAC and to Santa Clarita,” said Adam Philipson, Performing Arts Center managing director.

Anderson is also a humanitarian and co-founder of the H.E.R.O. organization, whose mission is to empower people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Ticket prices are $35 for general admission, $25 for seniors and $20 for students with ID.

Tickets are expected to sell out quickly. They can be purchased at the PAC Box Office or online at www.canyonspac.com.
