Watching the Academy Awards Sunday, Feb. 22, I found the real winner was the Hyundai Motor Co., one of the sponsors of the event.

Hyundai Motor Co. assures car buyers that if they lose their job and can't pay their monthly payment, the company will allow them a three-month grace period until they can get back on their feet.

If the car buyer can't comply with this agreement, Hyundai will take the car back with no obligation to the buyer.

What a great gesture. It's called a helping hand. Bravo to Hyundai.
