Lee’s Wine Bistro has purchased the wine warehouse locker space of All Corked Up in Santa Clarita, confirmed Owner Lee Yoon.

The deal was completed June 1.

One of the original owners of All Corked Up when it opened in December 2004, Yoon said the purchase of the humidity and temperature controlled lockers – all with their own access code – allows him to expand storage capacity for his own customers of Lee’s Wine Bistro.

Lee’s Wine Bistro on Town Center Drive bought the 12,000 square foot wine warehouse from CanAm Holdings, LLC and Jay Schutz, former owner of All Corked Up, Yoon said.

The Cheers at all Corked Up restaurant and wine bar remains operating separately.

Customers can have wine shipped directly to the storage facility. But, they can also store personal belongings that need a temperature and humidity controlled environment – like a painting, he said.

“You can’t drink at the facility,” Yoon said. “But down the road there are plans to expand for public access.”

CORRECTION: A Signal story on June 12 reported the sale of the wine warehouse locker space of All Corked Up in Santa Clarita. In the story, the new owner said the restaurant operating at the warehouse will continue to operate separately. The correct name of the restaurant is Cheers at All Corked Up, restauarnt and wine bar. This story has been updated to reflect that correction.
