La Mesa Junior High School is noticing an increase in the both student attendance and grades due to the success of the Library Homework Club. The club gives students the opportunity to be helped by teachers and parents after school in a variety of subjects.

Library Homework Club is in its third year and is averaging about 35 to 40 students per night. The club meets between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.
