If you’re spending a long, tiresome day at the mall, don’t even think about eating a greasy burger for lunch! Instead, choose a healthier option and stop by Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill. A new addition to the food court, this restaurant’s unique and innovative menu has been a relatively undiscovered hidden gem of the Valencia Town Center. This restaurant gives an American twist to their Mexican cuisine, serving burritos, tacos, Mexican pizzas, salads, and more. Sharky’s is committed to serving fresh and healthy food and uses only natural and organic ingredients in their cooking. The atmosphere is much less hectic than typical food court dining, providing both separate indoor and outdoor seating for their customers. Not to mention the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. So before choosing fattening fast food, check out Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill! Your stomach will be sure to thank you!

Some of my fondest childhood memories are of my time spent at Summer Camp. I was out of the house, being active and creative and spending time with friends. With the school year coming to an end and summer approaching, you may be faced with the challenge of a where to send you children to Summer Camp.

Look no further than SandCastles Summer Camp Santa Clarita, to provide your children with adventure and fun! SandCastles offers a well-rounded daytime Camp for kids from Kindergarten through 8th grade. And, they have a partnership with the school district, so their program is structured to be not only fun and exciting, but educational and engaging as well.

SandCastles is located at 27303 Luther Drive, Santa Clarita, CA 91351. Please stop by or call (661) 251-3182 for more information or check out their website at

As always, I’m here to assist you with your marketing and advertising needs. Please contact me to schedule an appointment at (661) 287-5541 or I look forward to meeting you!

Santa Clarita has a great variety of restaurants to choose from covering all types of cuisine, from sushi to burgers and more. While out in the community, I often have lunch at Frankies New York Italian Restaurant Clam and Oyster Bar in the Bridgeport Market place. Frankies has a great atmosphere, a friendly staff, and the lunch menu that features items from $5.95 to $9.95. Frankies also has a full oyster and seafood bar menu available all day – so stop by this week and enjoy. Another one of my favorite lunch spots is Schooner’s Patio Grille with a lunch menu under $6.00 and many different options. Schooner’s Patio Grille has a fantastic bike night every Wednesday from 6pm to 10pm. There is even a special BBQ menu which includes barbeque chicken, tri tip and burgers, along with great sides and an incredible dessert. Take a ride to Schooner’s on Wednesdays and enjoy a casual, fun atmosphere and an affordable dinner priced from $5.99 to $10.99.

If your restaurant has something special to offer Santa Clarita residents, be sure to contact me to advertise you’re menu in our SCV Fact Book or Off Campus Guide. The deadline is fast approaching, so don’t delay – let me help you spread the word about your restaurant.

Simon and Shannon have done it again! Egg Plantation for breakfast and lunch and now just a quick jog over to their brand new Newhall Refinery for dinner. What a treat with their California craft beer and ‘from scratch’ artisan food menu – I tried it all and was delighted.

The space renovation is lovely with reclaimed wood tables and bar, old fashioned light fixtures and a sense that it is how it has always been, or maybe that it as it was meant to be.

Head on over to Newhall Refinery every chance you get and tell them Alesia sent you. See more about this great new success at on Studio Santa Clarita.
