The big casinos that the American Indians own do not take care of their own people. Many Indians who live on reservations are struggling to survive. Many live in shacks with no running water or even heat to keep them warm.

I get mail from three to four tribes that are begging for money to help them buy food and wood for their stoves. I give them what I can but it seems they need much more. It seems too bad that owners of big casinos don’t seem to care.

I can’t believe that they will let them die because they are not caring about their own people.

I wish that maybe somebody could try to get help because they need it now, with the winter they are facing where they live.

I hope that they will get the help soon, and I mean soon.
