Santa Clarita-based TeaZazz Sparkling Tea is asking Southern California residents to submit their stories for a chance to receive 100 bottles of TeaZazz for an upcoming event, a charity of choice or just a special occasion.

Whether budgets are low for a wedding, soccer game, local community center or more, TeaZazz wants to hear about it.

TeaZazz, a Southern California-based company, is no stranger to the state of the current economic crisis, the company said in a press release.

"It's been a rough year for all small businesses, but we are here to stand by our customers and fans through these tough times," said co-owner Tamara Saretsky. "Many schools, businesses, organizations and individuals have been affected by the economy, and TeaZazz wants to give back to those in need."

TeaZazz is working to strengthen the morale of Southern California and show support through this tough economic time.

"We would love to hear some local stories and give back to the community that supports us," said co-owner Delicia Soliman.

TeaZazz will pick 10 winners and offer the winners free products and the opportunity to have their stories published on the TeaZazz Web site to further help raise awareness to the rest of the community.

Launched in 2006 by Tamara Saretsky and Delicia Soliman, TeaZazz Sparkling Tea combines tea with the sparkling touch of soda, offering a refreshing alternative to the conventional soft drink. This duo of female entrepreneurs from Valencia are pioneers in the beverage arena, paving the way for healthier soft-drink alternatives.

TeaZazz will give away 1,000 bottles of TeaZazz to 10 people (100 per winner) for use at an upcoming event; you just have to tell the company why you could use free TeaZazz, its Web site says. In 500 words or less, write to explaining how having 100 bottles would help put some 'Zazz' in your event.

Contestants have until March 2 to submit their stories. Available for entry to those within a 100-mile radius of Valencia.
