About 50 people took part in a three-mile run/walk for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombing on Thursday.

Participants ran or walked one mile for each victim who died in the recent attack, said Flo Mina, owner of the Runners Lane in Saugus, an organizer of the event.

Among those honoring the victims was Dennis Lebman of Saugus, who returned to the Santa Clarita Valley Tuesday night after joining some other Santa Clarita Runners Club members in running his first Boston Marathon.

Lebman crossed the finish line about 15 minutes before the two bombs exploded, he said.
