Peace is long shot, but still a shot

Kim Jong-Un is the current leader of North Korea, and I believe whenever he has enough nuclear power to reach mainland America he shall do so.
Therefore, we Americans are being forced to take action against such an onslaught now, before it is too late.
I once had a history professor tell me that the world will never survive the “nuclear age.” To prevent a nuclear holocaust, we human beings need to get rid of all nuclear armaments from the face of the earth — extremely hard to do, but not impossible.
However, many Americans think our nation needs to build up our nuclear capacity, not reduce it. At any rate, I say the biggest nuclear threat shall come from the nuclear power in the lands of religious terrorists.
For them, God shall save all the “good” people, and all the rest do not deserve to live. Although the Bible says, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the Earth” (Matthew 5:5), such wisdom from Jesus Christ in the Sermon on the Mount appears nowadays to be a lost cause.
Personally, I think the nuclear threat is a result of people worldwide not majoring in college in true academic studies such as philosophy, English literature, biology and psychology.
If we human beings continue along this dismal path, a nuclear war is only a matter of when, not if.
I do not mean to be a doomsayer, but as I write these words North Korea has nuclear weaponry that can reach Hawaii, Guam and, of course, South Korea.
Such results from wrongheaded thinking. Wrongheaded thinking wants to advance nuclear power. Stop it!
