OK — so it’s not quite over.

Hart boys golf and Glen Lee showed on Tuesday that West Ranch still needs to hold the Indians off if they want to claim their sixth straight Foothill League title.

Yes, West Ranch won its fourth straight Foothill League match with a team score of 411 at Valencia Country Club.

But Hart finished second with its closest threat to the Wildcats this season — a three-stroke differential at 414.

On top of that, Lee unseated West Ranch’s Joey Downey as medalist for the first time this season.

Lee shot a 2-over 74, while Downey, who was medalist in the first three Foothill matches, finished with a 78.

All good news for Hart.

Now comes the other news.

For as well as the Indians played Tuesday, they still trail West Ranch by 43 total strokes with two league matches remaining in the battle for the Foothill crown.

Short of a total meltdown next Tuesday and Wednesday in the Foothill League’s final two matches, West Ranch should still end up on top.

And Lee has his own interesting battle.

Because he didn’t play in the first Foothill match, he can’t throw out his worst league score.

Downey can.

And if Tuesday’s score was his throw-out, he’d still have a three-stroke advantage on Lee for the Foothill League Most Valuable Player.

Valencia finished a distant third on Tuesday with a 445, led by Ronnie Bedrosian’s 85.

Saugus shot a 453, led by Braden Lewis with a 78.

Golden Valley finished above sixth place for the first time this season with a 454, led by Jonathan Kang’s 81.

Canyon scored a 459, led by Jason Prins’ 88.
