Perseverance, hope and trust - traits of the leader Pocahontas, someone my heart desires to meet.
After her father's unfortunate death, she tried to help her tribe and the English men, so we share the hope for peace together and acknowledgement for the unique and hurt people.
She was also beautiful, gentle and kind, a wondrous leader. Though not victorious, she tried to help her people. That is why I want to meet her.

Which historical figure would I like to meet? Hmm, well, that's easy. I would most definitely like to meet Barack Obama.
The reason I would love to meet him is because he is our first black president, and proved to the world that it's not about your skin color, it's about your inner self. So I know that even though America is in the biggest mess, he can fix it.
That's why I would love to meet Barack Obama, our first black president.

Did he ever brush his own teeth? As a boy, was he a trouble-maker? There are many different questions I want to ask him.
I wonder if he was a kind or cruel gentleman. That is why I pick him for the historic figure.

Cleopatra is a pretty cool historical person or figure to learn about.
King Ptolemy the fifth willed his throne to Cleopatra when she was 18 and her brother Ptolemy the sixth, who was 10. Once he did, that caused a lot to happen. Mostly, when they died it was different but it was all because of the wars they had with a 56-year-old man named Julius Ceasar.
If I could meet Cleopatra, I'd be sure that her brother is out of the Nile River and she would be up from the asp.
