At 2:00 p.m., President Nixon's younger brother, Ed Nixon, will speak in the East Room about his new book, "The Nixons: A Family Portrait," published this week.
The book is a story-teller about their youth together in Orange County, the history of the Nixon family, and the heritage that molded Richard Nixon, the son, brother, husband, father and President. Nixon will autograph books immediately after his talk.
An added feature in the 2:00 p.m. program will be a performance by Orange County's popular Celebration USA, a group of young singers who will entertain with patriotic musical selections prior to Nixon's talk.
