It’s déjà vu all over again — and again

I can't help but wonder: Is The Signal trying to portray a worthy newspaper or a National Enquirer?

Being a victim of a crime myself, I feel that I am qualified to express my views on the articles that have been published on the recent rape trial involving the twice-deported (for undisclosed reasons) Adrian Arriano.

Imagine for one moment that someone you love becomes a victim. Then he or she is victimized again when put on a witness stand.

As if that is not bad enough, he or she is victimized for a third time because of a reporter's need for notoriety.

I understand that journalism is a profession and it cannot be one sided; however, have you heard of tact, respect, compassion - especially for a victim?

It is uncalled for to have some of these quotes published. There is absolutely no excuse for it.

Another reporter did the same thing to me as Brian Charles has done to the victims in this Arriano case.

It is hard enough recovering from being victimized; reading these biased articles does not help in the recovery.
