The Amgen Tour of California riders will be available for autographs and pictures prior to opening ceremonies on Saturday morning, Feb. 21.

The action gets started at 10 a.m. with an electrifying buildup towards the crack of the starter's pistol at noon.

The start line is on Town Center Drive at Circle Drive in the Westfield Valencia Town Center.
