The Santa Clarita Valley Black Business Committee will host its third-annual Black History Month Celebration Networking Mixer 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26 at El Torito Mexican Grill at 27510 The Old Road in Valencia.

The restaurant is offering happy hour prices on cocktails and appetizers. For more  information, call (661) 294-5290.
