County firefighters jumped on a brush fire in Canyon Country Sunday, extinguishing it quickly and containing it to a quarter acre. Shortly before 1:20 p.m. Sunday, Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters from two stations in Canyon Country raced to a fire reported off Sand Canyon Road near Silver Saddle Circle.
