The city of Santa Clarita will host a public meeting March 2 to ask the public what they’d like at the 60-acre Rivendale open space area near Towsley Canyon.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and be held at Wiley Canyon Elementary School, 24240 W. La Glorita Circle.
The city is in the process of developing a master plan for the property, which was annexed in 2003.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission has previously supported the idea of developing a master plan that emphasizes cultural or historical usage, along with public theater.
