Gipsie Boy — 10-year-old male Maltese — is a sweet boy who was relinquished by his owner because the spouse did not want him around the children. Gipsie did nothing wrong. It’s heart breaking. He’s a good boy. They thought he had seizures and put him on low dose meds which our vet feels that Gipsie should stay on. He is lively, loving, and playful and should be back in a home again. Would you give Gipsie a chance? We will supply his meds to his new home. (By the way, Gipsie’s much cuter in person. He’s a bit camera shy).

Panama — 11-year-old male Shepherd/Pit mix — an active senior who would love a home for his retirement years. Panama is a real gem who loves his tennis balls and would probably be really good at shuffleboard and bingo. There’s no reason an older dog can’t get a good home too! Only 45 pounds, this is one cool guy with lots of love left to give.

Tuesday — 6-year-old female Terrier — is a street wise little gal who knows how to play play play. Found with her buddy Widget on the streets of South LA, we are amazed these kids lived to tell their story. Tuesday loves to play with Widget and Gipsie so we’d like her to have another small dog to play with if she is not adopted with one of these two boyfriends.

Maggie — 9-year-old female Chihuahua — is a hoot when she plays with her squeaky toys. We think she is in her second childhood, enjoying the fact that she can run around and be free. Maggie was rescued from a high kill shelter and we got her at the last moment. She’s very happy to be alive, that’s for sure. Oh, and we think she may have spent some time in a circus, since she does tricks!

Widget — 10-year-old male Papillon — was found wandering the streets of South L.A. with his traveling companion, Tuesday. They love to play together along with their friend Gipsie Boy. Widget loves to hug when he’s being held. An adorable tiny thing, he’s an active and loving senior.
