Former Santa Clarita City Councilman and state Assemblyman Cameron Smyth will be part of a three-person panel Saturday to discuss California’s process for constitutional initiatives and referendums. The panel is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Ventura County and will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday in the Santa Monica Room of the Courtyard Oxnard Ventura, located at 600 Esplanade Dr. in Oxnard.
