Park to host Black History Month celebration |

William S. Hart Park will host its sixth annual celebration of Black History Month with an art show and historical exhibits from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The event will feature historical photography from national archives, as well as a large collection of works from local and regional artists. The event is free.
