Michael May, of Canyon Country, has an impressive collection of San Francisco 49ers memorabilia.

The 49er den/bar/museum is a nearly 1,000-square-foot room in his home that features thousands of items.

His 49er memorabilia collectables span from the team’s inception in 1946 to the present.

The 49ers organization has contacted May and have requested a large portion of the collection be added to their new stadium/HOF/Museum, when the stadium is completed in 2015.

The 49ers will play the Baltimore Ravens in the XLVII Super Bowl, which kicks off today at 3:30 p.m.
