Newhall Pass — The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the southbound I-5 and southbound SR-14 truck routes in the Newhall Pass for pavement work between 9 a.m. and 4 a.m. beginning Monday, February 4, through Thursday, February 7. The closure period ends Thursday, February 7, at 4 a.m. Detours will be signed.
