Richard Myers: Churchill’s definition of members of Congress

I was just thinking about some of our Washington politicians when it suddenly occurred to me that an Englishman, not an American, came up with the best definition for certain members of Congress.

It was the late English Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill who said, “A fanatic is one who can’t change his mind and won’t change the subject.”

Perfect.
