Prep baseball: Saugus High's Nick Warren commits to Fresno State

Saugus High School baseball player Nick Warren has committed to play baseball for Fresno State University, according to Saugus head coach John Maggiora.

The senior is a three-year varsity starting catcher and returning Foothill All-League player in 2013.

Last season, Warren batted .317 with 26 hits and 11 RBIs. He stole three bases on four attempts and had a .944 fielding percentage behind the plate while threw out 12 baserunners on 12 attempts.
