SCV roofing company acquires solar company

Petersen-Dean, Inc., a California roofing company, acquired OCR Solar and Roofing to become the largest privately held solar and roofing company in the nation.
With a branch in Santa Clarita, Petersen-Dean, with its new acquisition, will give residents 65 years of combined experience in solar and roofing.
