Overall prices in the Los Angeles area declined 0.7% in December, while up 1.9% over the past 12 monthsIn December, area gasoline prices fell 6.0% while natural gas prices rose 4.7%Apparel prices fell 7.5% over the month, while up 1.7% from December of 2011The all items less food and energy index fell 0.5% over the month, while up 2.0% over the past 12 months
