The city of Santa Clarita will officially open its Canyon Country Community Center with a public event Saturday at 10 a.m.

The event will be held at the Community Center, 18792 Flying Tiger Drive, and will feature speeches from city officials as well as the opportunity to view the center itself.

The Canyon Country Community Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offer a variety of community programs and services.
