Bandit, a 1-year-old Coonhound, is a handsome young lad looking for a home with a big backyard and someone to take him for long walks.

This playful, vocal hound would make a great family dog, though he might be a bit rambunctious around young children.

With training, Bandit would be a perfect hiking, camping and fishing companion.

Patty is an 8-year-old female Maltese. She was rescued from a puppy mill.

Patty is glad to be free and runs around happily in her new sanctuary yard.

Patty has the start of cataracts, but you'd never know it by her playfulness.

She loves to be with people who will hold her and love her.
