The city of Santa Clarita is cutting back hours on some of its facilities to observe the New Year. Santa Clarita City Hall and all three branches of the city library will be open for a half day Monday for New Year’s Eve. All three library branches will open at their normal times and close at noon. City Hall and the city libraries will be closed on Tuesday. |
