Sheriff's deputies and firefighters responded to the scene of a two-car collision at McBean Parkway and Valencia Boulevard in Valencia at about 7:45 p.m. Monday.

At least two patients were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Additional deputies were brought in to divert traffic around the crash scene, said Sgt. Bryan Allen of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
