About 660 Valencia residents were without power for several hours Wednesday. The outage was planned and was necessary for some equipment maintenance in the area, a spokeswoman for Southern California Edison said. The outage was around Wiley Canyon and Mill Valley roads. Power was restored to all homes by 4:06 p.m., according to Edison spokeswoman Anna Frutos-Sanchez.
