Today I got an E-pamphlet touting all the wonderful new benefits, such as “free” well-woman services, that my insurance now covers.

In the mail, however, I received notice from my insurance that beginning Feb. 1, 2013, my rates will go up $108 a month to a new high of $547 a month for me alone.

I guess those “freebies” that were promised in the new health care law are not so free after all. Go figure!
