There was one reported burglary and one larceny this week. A residential burglary occurred from the 25000 block of Via Ventanna. The victim returned home and found the front door open and discovered his laptop missing from his bedroom.

A shoplifting occurred at Walmart. The suspect was arrested for stealing game controllers, he was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Make sure to always close your garage doors and lock your vehicles. Do not leave any personal items in plain view. If you need to leave personal items in the car, secure them in the trunk. Be vigilant! If you see any suspicious activity, call the Sheriff’s station at (661) 255-1121 or 9-1-1 in an emergency.
