Citizens of Acton and Agua Dulce will hold a town-hall meeting today at 6:30 p.m. to address complaints and concerns related to California’s high-speed rail project.

The meeting will take place at Meadowlark Elementary School in Acton and represents an opportunity for citizens to register an official complaint concerning the project with the state High Speed Rail Authority.
