A Honda and a Saturn Vue collided Friday, flipping the Honda and sending the Saturn into the back of a city bus.

The crash tangled rush-hour traffic after Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's deputies shut down all four southbound lanes of Bouquet Canyon Road at Newhall Ranch Road.

"There were 11 people on the bus but no injuries," said Lt. Tom Bryski, of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station.

Saturn driver Greta Nordberg, 22 of Saugus, did not suffer any major injuries but was emotionally shaken.

Rescuers transported Honda driver Sara Vogler, 22 of Saugus, to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries, Bryski said.

Nordberg left work at 3:06 p.m. and stopped her Saturn Vue in the right southbound lane of Bouquet behind the bus when it paused at the bus stop next to the Crista Chevron Auto Spa, she said.

Deputies transferred the bus passengers to another bus after the crash.
