Tie your mother, brother and all others down -- Santa Ana winds blow through the Santa Clarita Valley again today and into the early evening.

Add humidity at just 10-20 percent and unseasonally warm temperatures in the mid-70s, and the danger of brushfires becomes extreme, triggering a Red Flag Warning from the National Weather Service.

The service expects the northeast winds to gust up to 45 mph today, but calm down enough to lift the warning at 8 p.m.
